# Common Store Terms and Conditions ## Product When purchasing a product you might not able to access to it directly instead you will do it using your Secret and a Loader provided on our Website. ## Support The Product support is only guaranteed as long as the Product Status is set to Public on our Website by the Seller. The Product support can only be given by the Seller of each Product and it is subject to indefinite response times. The Customer must provider the Seller with all the information regarding to the Server that the Seller requires them in order to provide support. The Seller is not forced to add new Features or Bug Fixes to the Product upon Customer request. The Seller has all the rights to choose who they want and who they do not want to provide with support. The Seller has all the rights to choose what type of support they want and do not want to provide with. The support types may include, but are not limited to: - Assistance with product installation - Assistance with product configuration ## Termination We FPlugins and the Seller reserve all the rights to terminate the Product or your Acounts at any time, at our discretion. These reasons may include, but are not limited to: - The Customer redistribute the Product to third parties without the Seller consent. - The Customer tries or performs decompilation, reverse engineering, decryption or any other action that tries to derive in getting the source code of the Product. - The Customer tires or performs a chargeback of the payment. ## Refunds All Product on FPlugins are eligible for a refund within the first 48 hours after the Product purchase as long as the Product or your Account have not been Terminated previously. The refund conditions such as payment method and total amount are up to the the Seller. Any kind of chargeback or dispute will result in the termination of your Account or Product. ## Common Store Terms and Conditions Changes We FPlugins reserve all rights to modify, change or replace The Common Store Terms and Conditions at any given time. If the Customer does not agree with the modification, changes or replacement of this they must contact FPlugins in order to get their Account terminated. Examples: Unturned Plugin or Subscription service that grants access to a set of Unturned Plugins
